Herman Location

The Herman location opened in 2020 and is nestled in the back of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church. Our center serves ages 2-12 and encourages engagement with our environment (through our butterfly and vegetable garden), independence, and a community like setting that supports each child’s natural curiosity and growth.

Herman is home to three classrooms; the Chickadee Room, the Blackbird Room, and the Goldfinch room. Each space is carefully curated to inspire creativity, confidence, and meaningful engagement with staff, other children, and nature. Also, Herman offers transportation from neighboring schools to to our center, this provides a convenient solution for families and allows children to have a regular daily routine. With welcoming spaces, passionate educators, and the opportunity for school pick ups, our Herman location provides a place where children feel safe, engaged, and inspired to connect with their surroundings.

The Goldfinch Room

The Goldfinch room is a space for kiddos ages 3-4, where we’re all about creativity, curiosity, and connection. During the day, you’ll often find these kids singing and dancing, creating open-ended art, and taking walks around the neighborhood. They also value calm moments- reading together, observing our environment, or simply taking time to rest and recharge. The classroom contains open-ended blocks, puzzles, musical instruments, a kitchen set, and more!
