We're always looking for playful, creative, caring, eco-minded, nature loving Substitute Caregivers with a passion for young children!

We expect our caregivers to support children's independence in self-care routines and play using responsive caregiving and positive discipline techniques. We spend a lot of time outside in all kinds of weather and provide healthy, cooked-from-scratch meals every day.

Some experience or interest in Waldorf, LifeWays, Montessori, RIE and/or Reggio Emillia highly preferred. Willingness to meet state mandated training requirements within 6 months required. It is critical that you be passionate about natural, play based learning, interested in learning opportunities, open to personal reflection, and experienced in responsive care giving.

Caregivers must be qualified as according to the WI Department of Children and Families (click here for details).
